Establishment of ELGÓR + HANSEN Sp. z o.o.
Whose partners are HANSEN & REINDERS GmbH Projektgesellschaft and EL-GÓR Sp. z o.o. Since its foundation, the company has been part of the international HANSEN Sicherheitstechnik Holding, which brings together companies from Germany, the Czech Republic, the Russian Federation, China and South Africa.

Merger of ELGÓR + HANSEN and ZEG S.A.
Kopex Electric Systems S.A. was established in Tychy as a result of the merger of ELGÓR + HANSEN Sp. z o.o. from Chorzów and ZEG S.A. (founded in 1945) from Tychy. It operates in the broadly defined mining electrical engineering sector within the KOPEX Group.
