The Grenevia Group Code of Conduct aims to define expectations towards suppliers and help them understand the ethical and quality standards they must meet. Our business partners should commit to complying with these standards in order to build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with individual Grenevia Group companies. These principles form an integral part of our contractual obligations and cooperation with our business partners. The requirements and principles referred to herein should apply to the activities of suppliers and other entities whose services they use to perform contracts concluded with Grenevia Group entities. We invite you to join us in taking on challenges, developing and achieving business goals, while maintaining integrity, ethical behavior, and respect for others. This code is an expression of our commitment to creating a better, more honest, and sustainable business world that benefits today and future generations.

Business partners undertake to strictly prohibit the employment of children in their business activities.
Employee rights
Business partners undertake to observe and respect fundamental employee rights, such as the right to freedom of employment, freedom of association, safe working conditions, fair wages and social benefits, as well as regulations related to working hours, breaks and holidays. Our business partners are also required to oppose any form of forced labor. They should also actively take steps to create a work environment free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.

Business partners undertake to cooperate with Grenevia Group companies in order to resolve situations that may affect mutual business relations.
