The company is part of TDJ Group, therefore your personal data will be subject to co-administration and transferred within TDJ Group for the purposes of the recruitment process.
  2. If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, we encourage you to contact the Data Protection Officer, which can be done through the email address: iod@elgorhansen.com and in writing to the address of our headquarters with the notation “Data Protection Officer”.
  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to participate in the recruitment procedure. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the consent you have given (Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679), for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679), on the basis of legal provisions (Art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679), and the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679) in connection with the required time to establish, assert or defend claims.
  4. Your personal data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
  5. Your personal data will be processed for the period until the statute of limitations for claims, not more than 3 years.
  6. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time by email to iod@elgorhansen.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  7. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.
  8. Provision of data is voluntary but necessary for the recruitment process. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to participate in the recruitment.
  9. We inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
