A professional dispatch centre enables us to provide remote customer support with full process diagnostics via the EH-SmartMine application, which offers visualisation of the operating parameters of the production process and the equipment installed in the facility. EH-SmartMine is a proprietary, comprehensive and fully flexible software solution that allows for full remote control of the production process.
