Why FUTURA High Power Concrete?

FUTURA High Power Concrete is a modern answer to the growing needs of the energy market. By choosing this solution, you invest in:
maximum efficiency:
adapted to the needs of large PV farms,
reliability and safety:
thanks to a solid reinforced concrete structure and well-thought-out solutions,
environmental responsibility:
with care for the environment and natural resources.

Modular design

Thanks to its modular design, the station can be quickly and easily adapted to changing energy needs. Individual components can be easily added or replaced, allowing for flexible infrastructure management without the need for time-consuming construction work.

High-power transformer

The Futura High Power is equipped with an MV/LV transformer with a power output of up to 9 MVA, thus offering a wide range of connection options, including up to 40 LV outlets.

Intelligent management

The Futura High Power substation is fully integrated into the SCADA system, which enables remote control, visualisation of device status and real-time monitoring of operation. Communication modules allow for real-time data transmission and full integration with other energy management systems, which increases operational efficiency and ensures a quick response to changing conditions.

Easy access and service

When designing the station, we ensured maximum functionality for service and maintenance. The removable roof and full access to key station components facilitate maintenance and repairs, ensuring trouble-free operation for many years.

Safety and ecology

The design of the station ensures complete environmental safety – a sealed, reinforced concrete oil sump with a water-oil separation system effectively protects the environment. In addition, the well-thought-out division into a container and transformer part increases the operational safety of the device, and natural ventilation reduces energy consumption and eliminates the need for regular maintenance.

DESCRIPTION

The Futura High Power Concrete transformer station consists of a container part made of reinforced concrete, in which the MV and LV switchgears are located together with peripheral devices and a transformer part, where an MV/LV transformer with a maximum power of 9MVA is located behind the ventilation walls. Separating the station into a container part with MV and LV switchgears and an adjacent transformer part (technically coherent) increases the operational safety of the device. Placing the transformer outside the container part guarantees optimal working conditions for the electrical components inside the container. The ventilation walls of the transformer part ensure a continuous, undisturbed flow of air around the transformer, additionally enabling visual inspection of the device’s condition without having to switch off the station. Both parts of the station are set on a common reinforced concrete slab. The reinforced concrete slab effectively transfers loads to the ground, minimising the risk of subsidence and cracks.
