The computer in the flameproof enclosure in control systems can be used as an element of visualisation and data recording of technological processes carried out by machines. The computer in the flameproof enclosure has a built-in industrial computer enabling the recording of operating states of the cooperating devices with which it is connected. The monitor screen is a TFT LCD matrix with a diagonal of 15, 17, 19 or 24 inches, and the data carrier is a hard disk. An intrinsically safe keyboard can be connected to the computer, which is used to operate the device.
Depending on the design, communication between the computer in the flame-proof enclosure and other equipment is ensured by the following devices installed inside: optical fibre signal converter (Ethernet switch), transmission separators (RS-485), modem (DSL). Depending on the design, external cameras can also be connected to the computer. The connection of cameras is realised via separators or video signal converters. The computer in the flame-proof enclosure EH-O/06/24.03 has a modular design, so the customer can specify the equipment according to individual requirements of the system in which the computer will be used.
