The medium-voltage switchgear type EH-MVSg-24 is a device consisting of interconnected panels with the required functions, e.g. switching, measuring or protection. The switchgear is intended for use in installations with a rated voltage of up to 24 kV and is used in industrial and renewable energy applications as well as in the commercial power industry for the secondary distribution of electricity. The switchgear utilises vacuum and gas insulation, which allows for compact dimensions of the switchgear panels. The device is a two-compartment structure with a single busbar system. The EH-MVSg-24 MV switchgear is a metal-encased device in a arc-protected design for indoor installation. The applied power protection, control system and interlocks ensure safe operation and use of the device.
