DESCRIPTION
The EH-P/18/14.01 vacuum contactor is a switching device designed for use in harsh environmental conditions. Three vacuum chambers controlled by an electromagnetic drive ensure a high switching frequency in operating categories AC1-AC4. The base and contactor mounting are made of cast aluminum with M8 mounting holes, to which special mounting brackets that are not included in the standard delivery can be screwed.

The body and mounting of the contactor are based on side walls with M8 mounting holes to which special mounting structures, not included in the standard equipment of the contactor, can be screwed.
The insulating partitions separate the main circuits of the individual phases (including the vacuum chambers) and the control circuits and auxiliary contacts from the main circuits. The electromagnetic yoke (armature) coupled with the top cover closes and opens the vacuum chambers and auxiliary contacts.
Vacuum chambers (fixed contacts) with supply connection terminals are mounted on one side to the base. The movable contacts are connected by flexible connections forming outlet connections fixed to the crossbar. Disconnection of the vacuum chamber contacts (when the contactor electromagnet is de-energized) is ensured by a release spring resting against the contactor base and acting on the top cover (movable part). The main circuit connection terminals are equipped with M10 screws for connecting appropriate wires with terminals or busbars. The EH-P/18/14.01 contactor is switched on and off by an electromagnetic drive with two coils. The vacuum contactor is supplied with 230V AC.
